Ordering a XeMODeX modified ETM
XeMODeX will be closed for Christmas Holidays from Dec. 24^th until Jan 4^th 2010.

The cost of the remanufacturing procedure for replacement of the throttle position sensor with the XeMODeX Digital Angle Sensor is $599 Canadian and North America return shipping is included. If additional work is required such as repairing a cut cable it will be on a it will be on a case by case basis. XeMODeX will call you before proceeding. (This would make the US price about $570 USD)

Other than identifying you with shipping information the following data will be used to connect ETM serial numbers with VIN numbers for warranty purposes.

Returns for non defective modified ETMs.	I Understand that without specific OBD codes, that indicate an ETM failure, this may not fix my problem. I understand that XeMODeX will not refund the cost or replace the XeMODeX ETM unless the Digital Angle Sensor is proven defective.
Is this a purchase or inquiry?	Purchase and I am shipping the defective ETM to XeMODeX for modifications to install the XeMODeX sensor. Diagnosis is positive for a failed ETM as indicated by the OBD codes.
	Preventative replacement. My ETM has not failed or I am not sure but I want to have my ETM remanufactured by having the throttle position sensor replaced with the XeMODeX Digital Angle Sensor.

To fill out a FedEx shipment on line:

Go to http://FedEx.com (or http://FedEx.com.ca for Canada).

Roll over "Ship" in the gray band at the top

Click on "Prepare Shipment Online"

Under “New FedEx.com" Users, click on "Sign Up Now"

Even if this is a single and only shipment you need to fill out the Registration required fields

Click on “Create a user ID only” and click on "Complete"
You will be asked for credit card information

Content of the package needs to be described as “Engine Throttle Body-Used Automotive Engine Part”

Value - $20.00 US dollars.

ETM needs to be tightly wrapped in some kind of bubble wrap and/or Styrofoam pellets to protect it from possible damage during transport. (It is a sensitive part). Inside please include this contact information page. Retain a copy and submit a copy to XeMODeX.com and FixYourETM.com by clicking on the submit button at the bottom of the page.

We recommend that customers use FedEx (UPS orders will be refused)

We can see and track all incoming shipments without the need for tracking numbers.
If there is a problem, we can act on it right away.
It is the same company on both sides of the border and their customer support is excellent.

The ETM and the box will be less than 4 pounds. The ETM itself is 8" x 5" x 4".

We use FedEx for all return shipments. We have the paperwork worked out to perfection. All incoming shipments are paid by a customer. We cover the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive the ETM we will:
Test the ETM to see if it is rebuildable (A few have internal damage to the compurer that are beyond repairs). If it is rebuilt, and tested XeMODeX will call the customer and ask for a credit card number. Visa and M/C are accepted. Once the payment is processed, XeMODeX will ship the unit back the same day and e-mail tracking number to the recipient. Package includes OEM throttle gasket, cable ties, installation precautions and the warranty card.
